We kindly ask you to adhere to your booking time as much as possible. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your reservation should you arrive later than 15 minutes after booking time.
Upon booking stage, we do request Credit Card details (on tables of 6+). Please note that no money will be withdrawn from your account, this is merely a system in place to protect us from the ever-growing issue of "no-shows". We will ONLY withdraw funds in the case of you not turning up for your booking without prior cancellation at minimum 2 hours notice before. The amount that will be withdrawn in this case is E25 per person booked. We at no point can access your credit card details, these are stored with Stripe INC, a fully legal Payment Processing Platform.
